A former Reliability Engineer with a background in technical writing, facilitation, and risk assessment, Joe now writes and edits content for the Communications team. Before joining MIRI, he worked as a Teaching Fellow for BlueDot Impact’s AI Safety Fundamentals course. He has also done consulting work at the Center for AI Risk Management & Alignment (CARMA).
